At HazeyBoo we are doing our best to protect the environment with a few sustainability initiatives. 

When making an online order your package will arrive in a cardboard box and newsprint packing to keep your order safe. We will reuse any packaging and supplies where possible.

Working days are Monday - Friday. All orders placed outside of working hours will be picked, packed and on the courier the next working day.

​

Some of our products are shipped from other locations. These cane take longer to arrive due to shipping delays.

When all items are shipped you are sent a tracking number to follow along with where your product is. Each of these products has its own shipping times which are mentioned on its product page.

Domestic Shipping 

'Free Shipping' on all NZ orders over $99. To qualify for free shipping you must spend $99 or more.

Orders are charged at a flat rate of NZ $15.00.  
For New Zealand, please allow 2-7 working days for delivery on stocked items.

Any sales or busy store periods may have an extended wait time. This will be advertised along with any sale promotions.

Australia

We have a flat rate of $30 to Australia and this is a non-tracked option. Orders are sent within 1-2 business days using 3-10 day service.   Tracked option is $35 flat rate across Australia.

Oversized items will incur an additional charge. Please contact us to enquire. Alternatively, you are welcome to place an order and if your order include an oversized item, we will contact you with the balance of shipping to be paid. 

You will be emailed a delivery notification once your order has been dispatched.

Once your items have been shipped we have no control over the delivery time. We always try to choose the fastest service to get you your products but there can be unexpected delays.

Please get in touch with us for a quote if you would like an express courier or insurance for the delivery.

Please note the purchaser is liable for any additional customs or import duties that may incur.

Order processing timeframes

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, orders may take slightly longer to be processed so kindly allow a few extra days. If your order is urgent, please leave us a note when checking out and we will do our best to get your order to you ASAP. 

International orders, please allow 2 business days for your shipment to be processed.

Packaging

We love to reuse and recycle to do our part towards a more sustainable world.

As an online store, we have to use packaging materials to ensure that products reach you in the best possible condition. The packaging we use are: 

• Recycled, re-used or reclaimed 

• Recyclable; or

• Biodegradable and compostable

Our preference is to use recycled and reclaimed clean packaging materials. This may mean that we sometimes re-use plastic to pack our products. Any bubble wrap or plastic material used in our packaging has been recycled from packages that have come to us or sometimes given to us by our friends and family to reuse. Our view is that it’s better to reuse clean plastic packaging materials than it is to throw them away after a single use. 

Where we can’t reuse packing materials or don’t have enough available, we choose to purchase recycled (and recyclable), compostable and plastic free packaging materials.
